We do not require accounts, real names, or mandatory email addresses.

• IP address (used only for fraud prevention, spam detection, and ensuring submission uniqueness)
• Basic technical data (browser type, device type, operating system)
• Usage data and cookies necessary for site functionality

• Process and review your remote viewing submissions
• Generate and deliver human + AI-assisted feedback (session data may be sent to third-party AI services, including Anthropic Claude, Google Cloud Services, and Grok, for analysis and feedback generation)
• Provide you with a unique ticket ID to retrieve your feedback
• Prevent abuse and maintain the quality of the target pool
• Improve the platform (in aggregated, anonymized form)
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, and AI feedback services including Anthropic Claude, Google Cloud, and Grok) under strict confidentiality agreements. Session data sent to these services is used solely for generating feedback and is subject to each provider's data handling policies.
• When required by law (court order, etc.)
• In fully anonymized or aggregated form for trend reports (only with your explicit consent for sharing your session material)

Your session material and display name or alias are shared publicly or in trend reports only if you explicitly consent by selecting the consent option at the time of submission. This consent is optional and not required to use the platform. You may withdraw your consent at any time prior to feedback being delivered by contacting us with your session ticket ID. Once feedback has been provided, session data will be retained and handled according to our standard data retention policy.

• Session submissions and feedback are kept only as long as necessary for the current target cycle and feedback process.
• IP addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.

We honor data access and deletion requests from all users regardless of location. To exercise these rights, contact us using the Contact Us link on the site. We will respond promptly. We rely primarily on legitimate interest (security, service delivery, and fraud prevention) as our legal basis for processing.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.

We use only essential cookies for functionality and security. You can manage or block them through your browser settings.

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
